Pastoral Resident

Jeremy Mancini

Jeremy and Leah Mancini began attending Redeemer in 2019 and were both members of the Launch Team. They were married in September of 2019 and welcomed their first child, Judah, in February 2022.

During his residency, Jeremy will work alongside Redeemer leadership and volunteers to coordinate Redeemer’s community engagement, help shape our vision for Community Groups and Spiritual Rhythms, and will learn more about pastoral ministry along the way. His official title will be Community Engagement Director.

At Redeemer, we are committed to the work of equipping and training pastors and church planters, and in light of this, we view the Pastoral Residency as a missional effort. Jeremy will be employed full-time by Redeemer, with part of his salary coming from the missions budget, and the remaining amount coming from external donors and fundraising done by the Mancini family. For more information about the Residency Financial Strategy, see below.

We are so thankful for the ministry Jeremy and Leah have had since the beginning at Redeemer, and look forward to how God will grow them through this residency!
